Mobile SAP CRM Sales
- This is iphone and Android app for SAP CRM Mobile Sales .
- The mobile sales application for new Product and product support sales teams will include the following master data objects: Accounts, Contacts and iBase . The mobile user will be able to search for and view details on each of these objects and will be able to add the master data objects to transactions like activities, quotations, leads and opportunities.
- Master data will be restricted by the SAP-assigned security role which will control the amount of data and types of transactions a user may execute. Master data for customers and products will be maintained by the master data teams on the SAP Web UI and will not be editable from the mobile sales apps. However, sales team members will be allowed to add prospects from the mobile application to support the business requirement to create leads, opportunities and quotations.
- A user will be able to use the system while connected to the internet and while off-line. Transactions created while the user is off-line will sync to the production system when the user reconnects to the internet. Notifications and workflows will be triggered after the transactions have been synced to the production system.
